A delegation from XGMA’s core business team made a special visit to Xinrun Intelligence, where they held a significant plaque unveiling ceremony for the “XGMA-Xinrun Shared Laboratory.” This collaboration marks a new phase in supply chain coordination and R&D innovation cooperation between the two parties.

From September 22 to 23, XGMA’s General Manager of Supply Chain Management Cheng Rongrong, Assistant Manager of Quality Management, Assistant General Manager of XGMA Jiaozuo Zou Zifan, Director of the New Energy Research Institute under R&D Li Zongfeng, along with supply chain, R&D, and quality personnel visited Xinrun Intelligence for a two-day exchange visit and the “Shared Laboratory” unveiling ceremony.

Hou Yidong, General Manager of Xinrun Intelligence, and other senior executives warmly received the delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit. The purpose of this visit was to further deepen supply chain collaboration, enhance R&D efficiency, and make comprehensive preparations for subsequent batch cooperation through the awarding ceremony and on-site inspection.

Joining Hands to Begin a New Chapter

At the certification ceremony, Hou Yidong, General Manager of Xinrun Intelligence, delivered the opening remarks. He extended a warm welcome to the delegation from XG Group and expressed gratitude for the trust placed in Xinrun.

Mr. Hou emphasized that Xinrun Intelligence will empower XG products to achieve comprehensive enhancement through industry-leading standards. This certification not only marks a new beginning for collaboration between the two parties but also signifies that future deep synergy and close cooperation will foster mutually beneficial development across multiple dimensions, including technological R&D and quality improvement.

Subsequently, a representative from XGMA delivered a speech, expressing full recognition of Xinrun Intelligence’s technological R&D capabilities and product quality. Both parties will continue to advance in-depth cooperation and continuously innovate value-added supply chain resources.

In the presence of all attendees, XGMA formally incorporated Xinrun Intelligence’s laboratory into its “Optional Testing Resource Pool” and conducted a solemn plaque presentation ceremony. Following the ceremony, both parties took a commemorative group photo to mark this significant occasion.

Witness Xinrun Intelligence‘s Hard Power

Following the plaque presentation ceremony, the XGMA delegation toured the company’s laboratories and production workshops accompanied by Xinrun Intelligence leadership. Xinrun Intelligence highlighted its expanding test center, showcasing its robust capabilities in R&D innovation and quality assurance.

Xinrun Intelligence’s laboratory has been designated as the “Jiangsu Provincial Engineering Research Center for Construction Machinery Vehicle Air Conditioning Technology.” It also serves as the “Internship Base for the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University” and the “Joint Testing and Inspection Center of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Automotive Air Conditioning Research Institute.”

There are advanced testing equipment available in Japan, including the Satake Thermal Management Performance Test Platform, Infrared Environment Simulation Laboratory, Full Spectrum Environment Simulation Laboratory, Vibration Test Platform, Salt Spray Test Chamber, etc.

Strategic Upgrade:

Laboratory Expansion Paves the Way for the Future

Even more noteworthy is Xinrun Intelligence’s ongoing laboratory expansion project—adding over 300 square meters of testing space this year, with full completion expected by year-end.

This expansion will introduce dedicated laboratories for thermal management and energy storage testing, thermal shock testing, high/low temperature testing, pressure pulse testing, and electrical performance evaluation, supporting multi-condition cycling and data acquisition.

This is not merely a scale expansion but a strategic capability upgrade: transforming from a verification support function into a core engine that drives innovation, ensures quality, and shapes the brand. Upon completion, Xinrun Intelligence will establish three core advantages:

Forward-looking independent R&D and innovation capabilities: The new laboratory will enable pre-research capabilities for cutting-edge technologies, support multi-condition testing, significantly shorten development cycles, and strengthen mechatronics R&D capabilities.

Precision prototype manufacturing and validation capabilities: Achieve independent and specialized testing for high/low temperatures, thermal shock, and other conditions, enabling “one-stop” rigorous environmental stress screening and durability testing to accelerate product iteration.

Comprehensive High-Standard Quality Assurance System: Extending R&D validation methods to incoming material inspection and production monitoring, implementing batch sampling or even full inspection of core components to eliminate quality risks at the source.
