01 Air Conditioning Button Control Method
First use high fan speed, then adjust to medium/low speed when the temperature becomes comfortable.
When the external ambient temperature is high, it is recommended to turn on the internal circulation to minimize the entry of external hot air into the cab and avoid affecting the cooling effect of the air conditioning. In addition, it is recommended not to set the temperature too low. 24-27℃ is most suitable.
The lower the temperature, the greater the load on the engine, the more fuel injection required, and the higher the fuel consumption will be.
02 Regular Cleaning and Inspection of AC FilterExcessive dust and debris on the AC circulation filter surface can clog the filter mesh, reducing cooling efficiency. Therefore, regularly clean and inspect the AC filter. If the filter surface cannot be thoroughly cleaned or is damaged, replace it promptly. For operation in consistently dusty environments, frequent cleaning and periodic replacement are required.

03 Maintain Condenser Surface CleanlinessInspect and clean weekly to prevent AC condenser clogging and reduced cooling performance.

04 Regular Inspection of Compressor and BeltConduct weekly tension checks on the compressor belt. Apply approximately 5kg (10斤) of force at the belt’s midpoint – 10-15mm deflection indicates proper tension.

05 Cleaning of Other ComponentsRemove dust and debris from all other parts, such as cleaning dust from the heat sink. Excessive dust accumulation on the heat sink can impair heat dissipation, leading to increased engine fuel consumption.Additionally, promptly clear any debris near the AC air intake. Blockages will reduce airflow and diminish cooling performance.

06 Refrigerant SelectionAlways use genuine refrigerant for refills to prevent compressor damage.Additionally, even during idle seasons, operate the AC for 3-5 minutes monthly to ensure proper functioning of all components and extend their service life.
