Standardizing pre-shift meetings to inject new vitality, with benchmarking initiatives driving the company’s standardized development.

To further evaluate the effectiveness of pre-shift meetings across departments, establish exemplary models, and promote standardized and regulated implementation, Xinrun Intelligence organized a pre-shift meeting evaluation activity from August 18 to 26, 2025.

Following multiple days of on-site observation and comprehensive assessment, the activity concluded successfully. The Thermal Management Workshop and Air Conditioning Workshop of the Production and Manufacturing Department, along with the Sales Management Department, were awarded the “Benchmark” Red Flag for their outstanding on-site performance.

I.Comprehensive Coverage and Multi-dimensional Evaluation

Fair Selection of Benchmark Departments

This evaluation initiative encompassed 15 participating units across the company, representing a large-scale and extensive scope. Four judging panels, led by General Manager Hou Yidong, Deputy General Manager Gao Zhijin, Deputy General Manager Li Liang, and Management Department Director Cong Peiying, conducted thorough on-site observations and detailed assessments during pre-shift meetings at each unit.

The judging panels rigorously applied standardized evaluation criteria across five dimensions—meeting discipline, content quality, interactive effectiveness, team morale, and departmental mission statements—to deliver objective and impartial assessments of each participating unit. This approach ensured the selection results were authoritative and valid.

II.Highlights Abound

Award-winning departments set new benchmarks for pre-shift meetings.

In this evaluation, the winning departments demonstrated outstanding performance and distinctive strengths:

The Thermal Management Workshop and Air Conditioning Workshop of the Production Manufacturing Department maintained strict meeting discipline. All participants arrived punctually, wore uniform attire, and formed orderly lines, showcasing a vibrant and energetic spirit. Their meetings focused closely on daily plans and key tasks, featuring in-depth and efficient problem reviews. Their departmental declaration resonated with conviction, fully reflecting the production team’s professional competence and strong cohesion.

The Sales Management Department stood out for its distinctive approach to content delivery and declaration presentation. Not only did they accurately convey company policies and clarify work objectives, but their departmental declaration also closely aligned with sales operations, showcasing the sales team’s unique fighting spirit and dynamic team energy.

III. Recognizing Excellence

The General Manager affirmed the exemplary value of the benchmark.

Following the evaluation, General Manager Hou Yidong presented the “Model Pre-shift Meeting” rotating red flag and cash awards to the three winning departments, offering high praise for their performance.

Mr. Hou emphasized: “The Thermal Management Workshop and Air Conditioning Workshop consistently uphold rigorous standards, ensuring every aspect of their pre-shift meetings is standardized and orderly—fully demonstrating the meticulous approach of production departments. Meanwhile, the Sales Management Department tailored their pre-shift meetings to align with their business characteristics, making them more targeted and effective, thereby setting an excellent example for other company departments.”

IV.Enhancing Development Through Evaluation

Standardization of Pre-shift Meetings Enters a New Phase

This evaluation initiative serves not only as a comprehensive review of the effectiveness of pre-shift meetings across all departments, but also marks a new starting point for the company in advancing the standardization and normalization of these meetings.

The company encourages all departments to benchmark against the award-winning units, proactively identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine their practices. This will ensure pre-shift meetings evolve into a regular platform for enhancing work efficiency, strengthening team cohesion, and disseminating corporate culture, thereby injecting sustained grassroots vitality into the company’s steady development.
