In 2025, he courageously took on the crucial role of centralising the management of Caterpillar operations, delving deeply into international standards and approval processes to ensure seamless communication with overseas partners. This enabled the excavator air-conditioning unit to successfully meet its target of 10,000 units produced and obtain SER certification; He proactively expanded into new business areas such as road rollers in India and TTT bulldozers, paving the way for the company’s future international growth; he selflessly shared his technical expertise, ensuring the smooth running of international exhibitions and earning recognition for Xinrun’s technical capabilities from overseas clients.
