Functional Expansion and Thermal Management System for the Xinrun Intelligence Laboratory; Second Smart Production Line Commissioned on the Same Day

On 8 April 2026, Xinrun Intelligence reached a significant milestone in its development. The company’s management team, representatives from various functional departments and partners gathered at the site to jointly hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony marking the completion, handover and commissioning of the laboratory expansion project and the second smart production line for thermal management systems. The simultaneous commissioning of these two core projects represents a key step in the company’s commitment to its mission of ‘firmly establishing the enterprise through technology and jointly building new heights in the industry’. It signifies a dual leap forward in the two core capabilities of ‘innovation validation’ and ‘smart manufacturing’, injecting strong momentum into the company’s long-term development.
Laboratory Expansion
Expanding Capacity and Enhancing Quality: Strengthening the Foundations for Innovation
This laboratory expansion represents a systematic upgrade undertaken by the company in line with its product strategy. The facility has been expanded from 600 square metres to 1,000 square metres, with the addition of several specialised laboratories for battery thermal management water-cooling system testing (including HVAC integration), battery simulation, and thermal shock testing. Following the expansion, the Xuzhou headquarters now achieves 90% self-sufficiency in testing projects, establishing a comprehensive end-to-end R&D validation platform. This enables the efficient completion of the vast majority of tests on-site, effectively shortening R&D cycles and reducing validation costs, whilst providing a solid foundation for product innovation and quality assurance.
Smart Production Line No. 2
Setting the standard for smart manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for new production capacity
On the same day, the second smart production line for thermal management systems was officially handed over and commenced operations. This line features a mirror-symmetrical layout to the existing Line 1, optimising processes and space utilisation. It deeply integrates automation and intelligent technologies, incorporating advanced workstations such as robotic automatic feeding and CCD vision inspection, thereby achieving precise control throughout the entire process from assembly to inspection. Designed with a production cycle of 10 minutes per unit, the line offers excellent production flexibility and is capable of accommodating the concurrent production of multiple product models. This not only meets current production capacity requirements but also allows for future market expansion.
