Xinrun Intelligence’s 2026 Technical Innovation and Challenge Pledge Rally was held with great fanfare. The entire leadership team and key members of the R&D staff gathered to deploy key tasks, rally our forces, sound the clarion call for technological advancement, and march boldly towards our goal of becoming a world-leading enterprise in thermal management technology.
Technical departments delivered progress reports, whilst technical teams took to the stage to make their pledges.
Reviewing our weaknesses and pooling our efforts to tackle the toughest challenges
Executive Deputy General Manager Gao Zhijin delivered a concluding address: Looking back, the framework of the Research Institute has been established, but shortcomings remain, such as delays in research and development and preliminary research; in the present, the company has established a core strategy of building the enterprise on technology, comprehensively strengthening the foundations of research and development; looking ahead, we must focus on the research and development of core products, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, uphold quality standards, and hone our capabilities to achieve breakthroughs.
Gifting books to spread ideas, hoping to solve problems
Mr Hou presented copies of *Betting on Technology Development* to the company’s key technical staff. He explained that the aim of this gift was to use Kazuo Inamori’s philosophy on research and development as a guide, in line with the company’s commitment to building its business on technology and its need to tackle challenging projects. He expressed his hope that technical staff would draw on the wisdom contained in the book to strengthen their resolve, dedicate themselves to research and development, and efficiently overcome technical challenges.
A strong technological foundation; collaboration drives transformation
Vice Chairman Wang Yonghong delivered an address: “Technology is the very foundation of our company and the key to our success in the market. I urge all technical departments to focus on their core tasks, strive for breakthroughs, ensure that research and development precisely meets market needs, break down communication barriers between departments, deepen cross-departmental collaboration, and accelerate the commercialisation of technological achievements. The Board of Directors will fully support the allocation of resources to research and development. I hope that all technical staff will confront our weaknesses head-on, rise to the challenge, and use technological innovation to build a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.”

Chairman Wang Feng delivered an important speech, emphasising the core principle of ‘building the enterprise on technology and fostering Xingrun through excellence’. He noted that 2026 is a pivotal year for the company’s transition to a technology-driven model, and that technical staff represent the company’s core competitiveness. He urged everyone to embrace their mission with courage, innovate boldly, focus on key priorities, and tackle the toughest challenges in core technology. The company will continue to increase investment in research and development to build a technology-driven enterprise. He encouraged all technical staff to pool their wisdom to overcome challenges, strive for perfection, and advance towards the goal of becoming a technologically strong enterprise through cutting-edge technology.
