On 4 January 2026, every seat was taken in the conference room of Xuzhou Xinrun Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. The ‘Chairman’s New Year Address’ training session gathered company executives as Chairman Wang Feng took the stage to infuse the strategic journey ahead with intellectual drive and operational energy.
During the session, Chairman Wang Feng centred his discourse on the formula ‘Goal + Perseverance + Method + Persistence = Success’. Drawing upon his own multi-stage entrepreneurial journey, he vividly elucidated the dialectical relationship between dreams and objectives.
He emphasised that dreams serve as grand visions guiding direction – exemplified by the company’s enduring pursuit of ‘building a world-class technology powerhouse’ – while objectives function as concrete action plans, translating dreams into practical, achievable steps. Both elements are mutually reinforcing and indispensable. Through comparative analysis, he profoundly revealed how clear direction and pathways prove decisive for individuals and enterprises navigating fierce competition with steadfast progress.
