On February 14, Xinrun Intelligence held its grand 2025 Annual Company-wide Conference. At the outset of the conference, Gao Zhijin, Executive Vice President of the company, delivered the 2025 Annual Work Summary Report. He comprehensively reviewed the company’s key breakthroughs and outstanding achievements over the past year in production, technology, marketing, and management. Aligned with the core operational strategy of “expanding markets, boosting production efficiency, strengthening cost reduction, increasing new products, and ensuring quality stability,” the company consistently advanced efforts across eight major domains, driving comprehensive enhancement of its full-industry-chain operational capabilities. Annual sales revenue grew by 46% year-on-year, with shipments reaching nearly 100,000 units—a 40% increase. Both sales revenue and profit margins met annual targets, solidifying the foundation for implementing the company’s medium-to-long-term strategic objectives.

Brand development achieved breakthroughs simultaneously—successfully earning the titles of “National High-Tech Enterprise” and “Jiangsu Province Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise.” The company garnered multiple honors including Caterpillar SER certification, Weichai Lovol Quality Contribution Award, Zoomlion Agricultural Machinery and XCMG Best Quality Awards. Among these, Caterpillar SER certification stands out as a compelling credential for the company’s expansion into high-end markets and its foray into the international arena.

Subsequently, three outstanding employee representatives—Zhang Ning from the Marketing Company, Liu Yujun from the Thermal Management Technology R&D Department, and Jiang Yongheng from the Production Operations Center—took the stage to deliver speeches. Amidst an enthusiastic atmosphere, General Manager Hou Yidong delivered the 2026 Business Objectives Report. Mr. Hou clearly outlined the core operational principles for the new year:
“Breakthroughs in Technology, Strict Quality Control, Aggressive Cost Reduction, Standardized Management, Market Expansion, and Lean Operations”
Centered on this framework, General Manager Hou elaborated on seven major engineering safeguards spanning R&D innovation, quality control, cost reduction and efficiency gains, team development, market expansion, lean operations, and safety production. These measures collectively chart a clear roadmap for advancing the 2026 strategic agenda. He emphasized that 2026 marks a pivotal year for the company’s strategic breakthroughs, requiring dual-engine propulsion through technological advancement and cost competitiveness to comprehensively elevate the enterprise’s core competitiveness.

At the conclusion of his report, President Hou addressed all employees:
“May we all embrace the pioneering courage of a galloping steed and the collaborative momentum of a thousand horses charging forward. Subsequently, the heads of four departments—Marketing Company, Technology R&D Center, Production Operations Center, and Quality Department—took the stage in succession to pledge their commitments, signing formal “military orders” for 2026. They solemnly vowed to lead their teams with full dedication and coordinated efforts, ensuring the effective implementation of annual goals.
